Julia Jaksic is a chef and restaurant consultant. She is the Executive Chef at Employees Only Singapore and the Chef/Owner of Cafe Roze in Nashville.

She was the long time Consulting Chef at Jack's Wife Freda, with two locations in New York City. 

Julia’s foundation in cooking came from her family, particularly her Croatian grandmother who spent most of her life in a small village where her family lived off the land.  Julia’s father, a butcher who worked in New York’s Meatpacking District in the 1970s, taught her how to make sausage and tie whole pigs to spits.  Early on, she developed respect for fresh, simple ingredients and slow food cooking, philosophies that now define her style.
